Today, I found another teacher blog that has helpful technology ideas and support.  One thing I really like is she has some good Google support and suggestions, and since I am really trying to use Google Docs more in my  classroom, these were very helpful.

Differentiated Instruction When Using Technology

It is getting harder each day to find new ways to help make learning a meaningful experience for our students with learning difficulties.  It is important that even when you are giving assignments and projects using technology, differentiating instruction may be needed, too.  In this article there are several links to more articles with videos that were very helpful for me with my students.  I hope they will help you as well.

Free e-Books

I was thinking as we get closer to the end of the school year, we must get our students excited about reading,  We all know that children watch way too much television. With all the technology they have access to, why not turn it into a good book.  When I was searching for resources, I came across this video that made me say, "Wow!" Even though the video is a few years old (2011), I still think it applies today. Take a look ....

So the questions is what are you going to do about it?
I plan on getting my students excited about reading this summer!!!!
Here are a few websites we can show our students and do not forget to make a list for the parents to have over the summer as well.

Welcome to Exploring Technology With Your Students

Welcome to a place where you can explore technology ideas to use with your students from grades Pre-K to 6.

In this blog, feel free to leave your technology ideas in the comment sections for others to learn and enjoy. Also, please share how these ideas work in your classroom with your students.  The goal of this blog is to help teachers become more comfortable using technology in their classrooms and with their students.

*Teachers, be sure to look at all grade levels. Many projects can be adapted for your grade level.

Here is a video from Edutopia that shows a 5th grade teacher helping her students in the learning process while using technology.

Meet your Common Core Standards by using technology in this digital age.
